Testegra

A modular testing system for end-to-end tests, component testing, and testing in small-scale production.

Key features

Modularity – customer-specific configuration.

A wide range of software tools.

Based on an industrial computer, equipped with robust connectors.

Built-in 19” rack or stand-alone solution.

Use cases

End-to-End testing

The Testegra device offers a suite of software tools and hardware resources for performing end-to-end tests. It is designed to automate the maximum possible number of tests that would otherwise be carried out manually. To enable end-to-end testing, the system primarily provides services for controlling human-machine interfaces (HMI). Examples of output capabilities include:
  • control simulation using a robot or bus commands,,
  • keyboard and mouse simulation,
  • voice outputs.
Examples of input data include:
  • image,
  • audio,
  • data input from a bus,
  • notifications via email or SMS,
  • voice calls and eCall data messages,
  • and many others.

Component testing

For component testing, the Testegra system offers capabilities such as bus logging, simulation of switches, voltage sources, and other parameters. A key feature is support for devices with a standardized SCPI interface.

The software-defined radio enables transmission and reception of radio frequency signals.

Production testing

The Testegra system offers the capability to build a test fixture on top of it for programming and testing hardware units in small-scale production.

As a service, we also offer the development of custom test jigs.

This service can include connectors for integration with a warehouse system or a license assignment server. Both the license server and the warehouse system can be provided and customized to meet the customer’s needs.

Test fixtures with actuators

The Testegra system also offers control of various actuators, enabling small-scale automation and the creation of complex test systems that include mechanical components.

In addition to actuator control, it also provides capabilities for position and motion sensing.
