Projekt Virtual Convoy (CK02000136)

The “Virtual Convoy” system will be a cooperative distributed platform for end-to-end testing of CAR2X communication. By utilizing virtual infrastructure and environments, it enables the relocation of tests from public roads to a laboratory setting. The proposed project has the following key objectives:

  • To extend the current testing system with capabilities for testing communication within Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS), such as CAR2CAR and CAR2X.
  • To implement automated C-ITS communication testing into an automated workflow, thereby increasing the speed, efficiency, and reliability of tests.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Entry Engineering and the Technical University of Liberec.

Projekt BusKit (CK02000158)

The “BUSkit” system will be a modular platform designed to support the testing of onboard systems, with its primary purpose being the analysis, collection, filtering, simulation, emulation, and injection of data on in-vehicle networks (CAN bus, LIN, FlexRay, Car Ethernet). The proposed project has the following key objectives:

  • To expand and streamline the process of automated testing of MOD services and facilitate the testing of time-critical simulations.
  • To enhance testing services for functions such as emergency calling, OCU systems in general, and CAR2X communication testing.
  • To develop a highly modular product with a broad range of applications—from a low-cost module to a sophisticated device offering an extensive set of features.

The project is being developed in collaboration with Entry Engineering and the Technical University of Liberec.
