Use cases
Device testing in assisted test mode
Assisted testing is the main strength of the uTestera system. They are halfway between fully automated tests and manual tests.
They present the tester with a real-time test procedure and perform automated activities on their behalf. In addition, they take care of logging bus traffic and obtaining other necessary data during the test.
The key output is reports supplemented with a set of additional data to record the progress and accurately analyze the test run.
Streamlining manual tests by running scripts
The script system offers testers and developers the ability to create and run specialized programs that help eliminate repetitive activities, make it easier for them to follow sequences of tasks, can help with event timing, take care of the appropriate display of values in the system, or just wrap a specific routine with a concise name.
Bus communication records
The device allows simple creation of bus records (trace). Data collection can take place on any supported bus including the possibility of decoding according to protocols.
Network management of worksites
The device allows networking of test sites to offer the possibility of remote management or the possibility of connecting them to test clusters to optimize the use of resources.
